We also remind supporters attending on the day to please park responsibly, UPMC Nowlan Park is located in a residential area. Designated car parks are O'Loughlin Gaels GAA Club, McDonagh Junction Shopping Centre, KIlkenny County Council Car Park, off Maudlin Street.
Shamrocks have nominated Colin Fennelly as the Kilkenny senior hurling captain for the 2020 season, Joey holden has been nominated as vice-captain. The two-time GAA/GPA All-Star made his debut for Kilkenny on the 11 June 2011, and has won 4 Senior inter-county All-Irelands, 4 senior Leinster titles in that time. We wish Colin and Joey all the best in the year ahead.

Following an action packed weekend in Croke Park for the AIB club finals all three Kilkenny clubs have silverware on their return to journies. Congratulations to Conahy Shamrocks on their win 0-22 to 0-15 over Russell Rovers in the junior final and to Tullaroan following their 3-19 to 5-12 win over Fr O'Neills in the intermediate final on Saturday. On Sunday in the senior final Shamrocks saw off the stiff challenge of Tipperary's Borris-ileigh running out 0-18 to 0-15 winners.
