Busy Weekend for Kilkenny Teams

Best wishes to Kilkenny club and county teams in action this weekend especially to John Lockes of Callan aand Dicksboro in the AIB GAA Hurling All Ireland Junior and Intermediate Club finals in Croke Park on Sunday. John Lockes play Meelin from Cork as they seek a first ever All Ireland Club title while Dicksboro will be seeking a second All Ireland Intermediate Club title when they play Ballymartle of Cork.Dicksboro’s first title in this competition was recorded in 2006. Kilkenny senior hurlers begin their 2011 Allianz Hurling League campaign under lights in Semple Stadium on Saturday night against Tipperary while the Kilkenny senior footballers travel to Milltown to play Clare on Saturday in their second game in the 2011 Allianz Football League.
