Bakers the Provider of the New Google GAA Websites are visiting Kilkenny on Monday evening the 21st of March to give a presentation on the New GAA Club Websites. The meeting will take place at 7.30pm in The Kilkenny Education Centre on the Callan Road. On the night Nickey Brennan Chairman of the National IT Committee will be joining Robert Baker. In the County eight groups are using the New Google Websites. They are Conahy Shamrocks, Clara, Graignamanagh, Kilkenny Handball, Lisdowney Thomastown, Tullaroan and Windgap Handball
In addition nine clubs have built their own Websites and a further seventy five percent of the remaininder are using the Old GAA websites clubname.kilkenny.gaa.ie that are currently being wound down. Of those half have set up the new templates, they include Carrickshock, Fenians, Galmoy, Glenmore, Lisdowney, Mullinavat, Piltown, Tullogher Rosbercon, Young Irelands and Windgap. It is planned to have a follow up support session with the clubs in the near future. Clubs attending should contact the IT Officer.
