P.J. Ryan Retires

Kilkenny. Having joined the Kilkenny panel in 2002 he won  seven All Ireland  senior hurling medals in total with his tour de force being his performance between the goalposts in 2009 when a series of spectacular saves helped Kilkenny to the historic four in a row and helped earn P.J an All Star award in the same year. The Fenians’ clubman also won five National League medals, nine Leinster senior hurling medals,three Walsh and two Railway Cup medals and Leinster and Under 21 hurling medals also. Well done P.J. on a fantastic career and thanks for the wonderful memories.
