In bright warm and sunny and well presented Hugginstown on Sunday Mullinavat earned promotion to the Junior Grade in 2013 when they defeated Graigueballycallan by 3-12 to 2-12 after a close and exciting game. Following a fine start that yielded two early goals the Southern side were forced to hold on right to the final whistle as they saved a penalty and saw their lead reduced to two points late in the game.
