Kilkenny GAA has organised two Information evenings next week aimed at Club Officials involved with registration, text messaging and generating team sheets. It will be a refresher course for those already involved in using the Servasport system or for new officials who would like to learn system for the first time. We would also hope to touch on Social Media in the Club and a little bit about score updates. Ideally the Club Secretary and PRO and/or the person involved in IT in your club should attend. We are also very anxious to have representatives form Juvenile Sections of Clubs.
Northern Clubs:
Tuesday 23rd April – Kilkenny Teacher Centre, Seville Lodge, Callan Road, Kilkenny
Southern Clubs
Wednesday 24th April – Scoil Aireagail, Ballyhale
Both sessions will commence at 8pm and Club representatives should ensure that they have access codes to the Servasport system on the night. The sessions will be very much “hands on” and tutors will guide you through system in a very practical way. The tutors have operated the system as Club secretaries and would be familiar with items such as
Adding New members
Renewing members annually
Setting up Teams on system
Setting up Text Messaging Groups
Printing off Team Sheets
