Following another bumper weekend of action the finalists for both the Minor A and Senior County Finals are known. In the Kilkenny Citroen Centre Minor A Final Dicksboro will meet O’Loughlin Gaels following semi-final wins over Thomastown and James Stephens respectively. The games were played in very difficult weather conditions on Saturday. Also on Saturday in the St Canices Credit Union Senior Relegation Final an early two goal burst for Fenians left Tullaroan chasing the game and despite a brave second half effort they are destined to play in the Intermediate ranks next year whiule the great survivors Fenians hang on again to senior status.
Then on to Sunday and much better weather conditions in Nowlan Park Ballyhale and Clara booked their places in the St Canices Credit Union Senior Final with wins over St Martins and Carrickshock respectively. Click HERE for images of the weekend courtesy Willie Dempsey.
