St Canices Credit Union Senior Hurling League Group A

O’Loughlin Gaels, James Stephens and Clara aare in the happy position of having full points after two rounds whilst Dicksboro, Carrickshock and Erins Own are pointless. No one will want to lose the Boro v Carrickshock game in Nowlan Park on Sunday while Erins Own will have it all to do to get some points on the board when they meet high flying O’Loughlin Gaels in Jenkinstown on Friday evening. The winners of the James Stephens v Clara game in Nowlan Park on Saturday evening will be in a very strong position going into the break. Click HERE for league table and remaining fixtures.

St Canices Credit Union Senior Hurling League Group A

The situation in Group B is very different to Group A with Fenians and Ballyhale on 3 points, Mullinavat, Danesfort & Rower Inistioge on 2 points while pointless St Martins prop up the table. The Rower Inistioge and Mullinavat meet in Glenmore on Friday evening  while St Martins will hope to jump back into the reckoning when they meet Danesfort in Johns Park on Saturday. There is sure to be a huge crowd in Johnstown when the local side entertain Ballyhale in a top of the table clash. The two clubs have entered a home and away arrangement and it will be interesting to see if other clubs might follow suit in the months ahead. Click HERE for league table and remaining fixtures.

Michael Lyng Motors Intermediate Hurling League Group B

Group B is quite similar to Group A with one team Conahy Shamrocks on full points with Tullaroan, Graigue Ballycallan, Young Irelands and Tullogher Rosbercon all on two points. Pointless Thomastown prop up the table. There are two games in this group on Friday evening. Conahy and Tullogher meet in Clara while Thomastown will hope to get their season off the ground when they meet Young Irelands in Bennettsbridge. The other game between might be the pick of the weekend when neighbours Tullaroan and Graigue Ballycallan meet in Palmerstown on Sunday evening. Click HERE for league table and remaining fixtures
