U-15/U16 Development Squads – “Easter Get together”
Players who have attended the Kilkenny GAA’s Development Squads Winter Programme with Seán Kelly (Performance GDA) are asked to attend the MEETING ROOM upstairs in Nowlan Park on THURSDAY 5th APRIL :
U-15’s – 11.00am to 1.00pm
U-16’s – 2.00pm to 4.00pm
NB – As players currently have U-15 and U-17 club fixtures this will not be a field session.
It will be a “talk” on best practice in terms of Diet and Nutrition and a demonstration of the next phase of their Maintenance Programme, as devised by Seán.
