Kilkenny GAA are hosting a “Running Technique” Workshop focusing on speed and acceleration this coming Saturday in St. Kierans College Gym 9.30am to 11.00am. We are inviting Development Squad/Club and School coaches to attend to observe and then to assist our Youth level players with these vital components of the modern game.
