DJ Carey has announced he is stepping down from his role as Kilkenny U-20 Manager. DJ thanked his management team, the players and Kilkenny County Board for all their support throughout his two year term, which culminated in a Leinster title in 2019 following a 1-17 to 0-18 victory over Wexford. DJ remains fully committed to GAA in Kilkenny.
Kilkenny County Chairperson Jimmy Walsh thanked DJ for his commitment and dedication and looks forward to working with DJ in many more roles with Kilkenny GAA over the coming years.
