Following another action packed weekend at UPMC Nowlan Park, Conahy Shamrocks and Dicksboro have the JJ Kavanagh & Sons Junior Final to look forward to in a fortnights time. Conahy Shamrocks claimed a three point win over Emeralds running out 1-15 to 1-18 winners while Dicksboro ran out 2-9 to 2-22 winners over Piltown.
On Sunday in the Michael Lyng Motors Hyundai Intermediate S/F’s northern side Lisdowney were 0-19 to 1-17 winners over Glenmore in what was a great contest to open the day in UPMC Nowlan Park. In the second game of the day Thomastown overcame a stern test from St Lachtains, running out 2-19 to 2-17 winners. The Michael Lyng Motors Intermediate Final will be played next Saturday at 4pm.
