COVID-19 Health Questionnaires

As with all GAA activity, completion of Health Questionnaires on the day of the session is an important safety feature in our COVID-19 Return to Play protocols. We fully understand that some parents have had difficulty in submitting questionnaires. Since the beginning of 2021 the “Return to Play”, which people were familiar with  last year, has been replaced by FOIREANN. FOIREANN has more features especially in relation to Family set-up and monitoring of individual teams.  Parents may find some of the links below useful:

Later this week Events will be created for each of the above Sessions – Goalkeepers (Sat 22nd), U-17 (sat 22nd) & U-16 (Mon 24th). These can be viewed once you log into your profile. You should complete the RSVP indicating that the player intends to attend the session and then you should submit the Health Questionnaire on the day of the event.

If you need any help in this area please contact Seamus Reade on 085-1389397
