1. The Corporate Trustee Model Explained

This module explains the Corporate Trustee option and legal obligations for Clubs considering the appointment of Club Trustees. The Corporate Trustee is a separate legal entity, a Trust Company, called “Iontaobhas Corparáideach Chumann Lúthchleas Gael cuideachta faoi Theorainn Ráthaíochta” (ICCLG), set up by the GAA. The Trust Company holds the property for and on behalf of the Club (Who remain the beneficial owners). |

4. Strategic Funding for Club and Counties

Description |
This module is a practical guide to revenue streams for Clubs and Counties. It provides direction on what is appropriate for each unit and how to achieve it.
It aims to help Clubs and Counties to analyse their current income streams and assess opportunities to develop such funding or seize more lucrative funding opportunities arising from a changing government funding environment due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The module will emphasise the importance of strategic planning, budgeting, and evaluation of funding endeavours to ensure the best possible return of investment for your organisation. More specifically, it will provide valuable knowledge on the following funding sources:

Specialising in Funding Consultancy, Keith provides high level assistance to Sporting Codes and Bodies, in planning for and accessing extra income streams (Grants, Fundraising, Sponsorship, Crowdfunding, Donations, Bequests, Philanthropy) as well as developing their own respective narrative. Keith has worked in the Sport Sector in Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. He presently works with several Sporting Associations & Clubs across Australia in developing their respective Funding Strategies. He has consulted at Federal level with the likes of Rugby Australia, Cricket Australia & Tennis Australia. |
