Shamrocks Ballyhale have secured a spot in the AIB All Ireland Club Semi Finals following a lively contest against Dublin champions Kilmacud Crokes. Shamrocks started the brightest and had what appeared to be a strong lead at half time, ahead 1-15 to 0-7. On the restart that lead was reeled in slowly by Kilmacud and by full time a goal was all that seperated both sides, full time score reading 2-22 to 2-19.
That win sets up a date with last years victorious All-Ireland champions Ballygunner on Sunday Dec 18th in Croke Park at 3.30pm. Tickets are now on sale, see below for details. We wish Shamrocks the very best of luck as they prepare for that game on their quest for All-Ireland glory.
