Derek Lyng’s charges had a comprehensive win over Dublin in round 4 of the Allianz NHL in UPMC Nowlan Park on Sunday. Kilkenny started well and had a comfortable nine point lead at half time. On the restart, Kilkenny once again started well and held the lead through to the end, running out 2-25 to 1-17 winners.
The final round of the League takes place next Sunday, 19th March, with Waterford travelling to UPMC Nowlan Park. A draw for Kilkenny would see them advance to the League semi final.
