Kilkenny advance to the Leinster Final on the 11th June despite a final round loss to Wexford last Sunday in Chadwicks Wexford Park. Despite a good start, Kilkenny trailed by a point at the half-time break but, in a high-intensity, high-scoring second half, Wexford edged out two-point winners at fulltime – 5-18 (33) to 4-23 (35).
The Leinster final will take place in Croke Park on June 11th at 4pm against Galway – a repeat of last year’s Leinster final.
