The U19 Development League is a new initiative from Kilkenny GAA & it kicks off this Friday night, 22nd March, with teams from Dublin, Offaly, Wexford & Kilkenny competing.
The concept behind this League is to bridge the gap between inter county U17 & U20 and it’s restricted to players who have not played at U20 championship level.
The Kilkenny panel comprises 31 players from 21 clubs, led by Mark Aylward & his team. We wish Mark, his team & the panel the very best in the weeks ahead.
Ahead of our first game on Friday night, we caught up with Mark to chat with him about the U19 League.
