Dicksboro were crowned Senior County Football Champions when they overcame Lisdowney, the 2023 Intermediate Champions, in the JJ Kavanagh & Sons Senior Football County Final in Canon Kearns Park last Thursday on a 1-9 to 1-6 scoreline.
Dicksboro had a dream start and, after 20 minutes, had all but secured the title but Lisdowney to their credit, fought back but were unable to bridge the gap before the final whistle.
