The inaugural Na Cait Óga Academy Recognition Awards evening to celebrate the achievements of our U16 Hurling and Gaelic Football teams for 2024 took place at CluneTech on the 26th November last. This event honoured the tremendous time and dedication shown by players, coaches and parents throughout the season, with a special focus on the players transitioning from the academy to minor level.
We were privileged to have Henry Shefflin and Richard Donnelly (Tyrone footballer) present on the night to award medals and share valuable advice with our young Cats.
A huge thank you to CluneTech for generously hosting the event at their Kilkenny office building and to Terry Clune for his unwavering support of our academy teams. CluneTech’s contributions make a real difference to the success of our programmes.
