Danesfort Crowned Intermediate Champions – Set for Senior Ranks in 2026
Danesfort will join the senior hurling ranks in 2026 after being crowned the Michael Lyng Motors Hyundai Intermediate Champions at UPMC Nowlan Park yesterday following a thrilling victory over James Stephens.
The sides had met in the recent League Final, where James Stephens came out on top. However, in a much-anticipated County Final showdown, Danesfort turned the tables to claim a hard-fought win after a closely-contested battle.
