Shamrocks Ballyhale have claimed top honours in Kilkenny hurling, securing their 21st Senior County Title in the St Canice’s Credit Union Senior Hurling County Final last Sunday.
Played in wet conditions, the sides were level at the break, but a dominant second-half performance saw the Shamrocks pull away to seal a comfortable nine-point victory, 1-18 to 0-12.
