Another important weekend of club hurling lies ahead, with championship action across the Senior, Intermediate and Junior grades.
The weekend gets underway on Saturday, 3rd October, with two significant fixtures.
In the St Canice’s Credit Union Senior Hurling Relegation Final, Danesfort face Erin’s Own at Páirc Lachtain, Freshford, at 4.00pm, with Senior status on the line.
Earlier in the afternoon, O’Loughlin Gaels and Dicksboro meet in the JJ Kavanagh Junior Section B Hurling Championship County Final at Páirc Sheamuis Stiopháin at 2.30pm.
Attention turns to UPMC Nowlan Park on Sunday, 4th October, for a double-header of the Michael Lyng Motors Hyundai Intermediate Hurling Championship Semifinals.
2.00pm – Lisdowney v Rower Inistioge
4.00pm – James Stephens v Tullogher Rosbercon
Four teams remain in the hunt, with two places in the 2026 Intermediate County Final at stake.
