Busy Weekend as Knock Out Stages Begin

After the excitement of the All Ireland victory attention returns to local action as the serious business end of the St. Canice’s Credit Union Senior Hurling Championship, the Michael Lyng Motors Intermediate Hurling Championship begins and the J.J. Kavanagh & Sons Junior Hurling Championship continues. Supporters will be spoiled for choice with the two League Finals in Nowlan Park on Saturday and the Shield final in Mullinavat. However it will be the knock out games that really take attention with places in the quarter finals or dreaded relegation battles at stake.
