The Leinster Scór na nÓg semi-finals attracted a large crowd to O’Loughlin Gaels GAA Club today as counties Carlow, Westmeath, Wexford, Wicklow, Kildare and Kilkenny competed. The Kilkenny representatives were Emily Walsh from Lisdowney in solo singing, Slieverue in Tráth na gCeist and Lisdowney in the Instrumental Music competition. Other competitions were Céilí Dancing, Recitation, Ballad Groups, Novelty Act and Set Dancing. The large audince enjoyed the high standard in all events while a feature was the performance of last year’s All Ireland set dance champions The Downs from Co. Westmeath.
