The Pauls Most Appropriately Dressed Lady Competition
Gowran Park and Kilkenny Senior Hurlers, in association with Pauls department store, Kilkenny and the City Hotel in Derry, are delighted to present the Most Appropriately Dressed Lady competition at today’s Kilkenny Senior Hurlers Family Race Day.
Deirdre Shefflin and Elaine Hickey – the glamorous wives of hurling legends and nine times All-Ireland medallists Henry Shefflin and Noel Hickey- will be our competition judges today. They will be assisted by a fashion expert from Pauls to view the glamour and style at GowranPark before selecting a shortlist of appropriately dressed ladies.
Four finalists will be brought to the Parade Ring, from where the winner will be announced after the main race at 3pm. The winner will receive a prize valued to €1,000 comprising a €400 voucher for Pauls Kilkenny and a weekend stay at City Hotel, Derry.
