Kilkenny GAA had three representatives at the 2023 All-Ireland Poc Fada, which took place in the Cooley Mountains on Monday last. Callum Lawlor of Emeralds GAA competed in the U16 competition as the Kilkenny & Leinster winner and Matt Kenny of Clara GAA competed in the adult competition as the Kilkenny and Leinster winner. Alongside Matt in the adult competition was his Clara clubmate and defending All-Ireland Poc Fada Champion, Killian Phelan.
Well done to Callum, Killian and Matt – Callum finished 3rd in the u16 competition & Killian & Matt finished 4th & 5th respectively in the adult competition.
