With 1-8 from play to his name, Captain Stephen Donnelly led his Thomastown side to a comprehensive victory over Mooncoin in the Michael Lyng Motors Hyundai Intermediate County Final on Sunday last in UPMC Nowlan Park. In an all-round complete performance, the Thomastown men dominated throughout, closing out the game on a scoreline of 1-29 to 0-17, and can now look forward to joining the senior ranks in 2024.
