- Two Competitions, Adult and under U-16
- Distance 1Km, “Down the Home Straight”.
- Time : U16 at 6.00pm, Adult 7.30pm.
- Entries to be submitted by Monday 8th of June
- Participants to wear club jersey’s and bring a “marker” to count the Poc’s
- Light refreshments will be provided afterwards,
