Kilkenny are Leinster Senior Hurling Champions for the fifth year in a row, making it the fourth time in Kilkenny GAA’s history to win five in a row Leinster senior hurling titles.
Kilkenny got the better of Dublin in Croke Park last Saturday as they led from the start and never gave Dublin a chance to get a foothold in the game. A 3-28 to 1-18 victory secured the win for Derek Lyng’s men, giving Kilkenny their 76th Leinster title and a place in the All-Ireland semifinal.
