The 2025 season has come to a close for our Kilkenny minor footballers following a hard-fought encounter with Waterford last Saturday in the All-Ireland Minor Football Championship Quarterfinal. While the result didn’t go our way, it marks the end of a campaign filled with determination, commitment, and heart.
Throughout the year, this group of young athletes showed incredible dedication and left everything on the field every time they competed. Their development and spirit were evident in every performance.
A sincere thank you goes to the entire panel of players for their efforts over the season, to our coaching team for their tireless work behind the scenes and to the parents and guardians for their unwavering support and encouragement.
Though the season ends here, the experience and growth gained this year will no doubt stand to these players as they continue their journey in Gaelic games.
