There was a large crowd in Nowlan Park on Thursday night for the Post-primary schools presentation night. All Kilkenny Post-primary schools in Kilkenny and in surrounding counties where Kilkenny students attend were represented. This presentation night has been running since 1991 and is a recognition of the huge work that teachers do in promoting gaelic games within our schools.
All schools recieve vouchers for hurls, sliotars and a training kit. Both Kilkenny GAA and Kilkenny GAA Supporters Club work closely to ensure the continued success of GAA in Kilkenny schools and that this night continues as an anuual event on the calendar.
