COVID-19 Health Questionnaires
Participants in the Under 17 Sessions on Saturday and Under 16 Session on Monday are asked to have COVID-19 Health Questionnaires completed by their parents in their Foireann/Return to Play profiles before attending on the day of the session. They should access the information in the EVENTS/Schedule section of their profile. See screenshot below.
