The first county final of 2023 took place last Saturday 27th May in UPMC Nowlan Park when Bennettsbridge and St Patrick’s battled it out in the JJ Kavanagh & Sons Junior Football Championship County Final. In a closely-contested affair, the Ballyragget men took the victory with a two-point margin. St Patrick’s 2-9, Bennettsbridge 0-13.
